Consumers have a right of withdrawal in contracts for the delivery of goods in accordance with the following provisions.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period begins on the day on which you – or a person authorized by you who is not the carrier – received the last item of goods.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, a short message to us is sufficient. This can be done easily by letter or email:

Your notification should simply make it clear that you wish to cancel the contract. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the message before the 14-day period expires.

Please note that you will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the item.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will of course refund the purchase price of the goods we received from you. The refund will be processed as quickly as possible – but no later than fourteen days after we receive your cancellation notice.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method you chose for the original order, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any additional costs as a result.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided us with proof of shipment, whichever comes first.

Please return the goods to us within fourteen days of the date of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the package before the end of this period.

You are only liable for any potential loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that was not necessary for testing the condition, properties or functionality of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not citizens of an EU member state at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.
