How do I order from the shop?

Simply add your desired items to your shopping cart and follow the checkout process. Once completed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email.
Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?
As long as your order hasn't been shipped, we'll try to make changes or cancellations possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to do so.
Do I need a customer account?
No, you can also order as a guest. However, a customer account offers advantages such as faster ordering and an overview of your previous purchases.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days within Germany. For other European countries, delivery takes 7-10 days.
Are my orders packaged discreetly?
Yes, absolutely! We attach great importance to discretion. All orders are shipped in neutral packaging, without logos or indications of the contents.
Will I receive shipment tracking information?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

Vouchers
How long is my voucher valid for?
Your voucher is valid for 3 years, calculated from the end of the year in which you purchased it.
Can I give the voucher to someone else?
Yes! Our vouchers are fully transferable .
How do I get my voucher?
After your purchase, you will receive an immediately usable digital voucher via email . If you wish, you can also print or forward the code.
Can I redeem multiple vouchers at the same time?
Yes. You can combine as many vouchers as you like in one order.
What happens to remaining credit?
It will remain and can be used for your next order.
Can I have my remaining balance paid out?
No, a cash payout is not possible.
What happens if I lose the voucher code?
We cannot replace lost codes. Therefore, please keep the code safe.
Can I return or cancel a voucher?
For digital vouchers: The right of withdrawal expires upon provision of the code, provided you have agreed to this beforehand during checkout.
