Vouchers – Information & Terms

mySecretKey vouchers are gift vouchers that can be used for all products in our online shop. The following conditions apply to purchase and redemption:

validity

Our vouchers are valid for three years , starting from the end of the year in which they were purchased (§195 BGB).

Redemption

• Redeemable for all products in the shop
• Vouchers are transferable
• Redeemable multiple times until the balance is used up.
• Can be combined with multiple vouchers per order

Remaining balance

Remaining balances will be retained and can be used for future orders. Cash refunds are not possible.

Loss of voucher code

mySecretKey accepts no liability in the event of loss or transfer of the voucher code.

Cancellation / Digital Provision

By confirming at checkout, the buyer agrees that the right of withdrawal expires upon provision of the digital voucher (§356 para. 5 BGB).

VAT

mySecretKey is a small business according to §19 UStG (German VAT Act). Therefore, no VAT is charged .
